Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on non-custom products within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in original, unused condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom / Personalized Orders
Because custom items are made specifically for you, custom and personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded unless:

the item arrives damaged

there is a clear production error on our part
Please review all proofs and spellings carefully before approval.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

your order number

a description of the issue

clear photos of the damage
We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and received, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
