Processing Time

Custom or personalized orders may require additional production time. If an order will take longer than expected, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, weight, and destination. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Holidays, weather delays, or carrier issues may impact delivery times.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Wrong Address / Returned Shipments
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Damaged / Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include photos.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve it, but carrier decisions are final. Shipping insurance may be available at checkout.
International Shipping
